(CITI), was established in 1989 in Virginia, USA, with the goal of becoming a leader in providing high technology computer information and systems integration services to its customers. The company has consistently provided the highest quality, innovative and cost effective software and support to a number of commercial Fortune 500 companies including IBM, AT&T, MCI, SAIC, and Booz-Allen & Hamilton as well as the US Federal Government.

In 1992, VDNSystems was granted SBA 8(a) certification, permitting it to more competitively pursue high-technology business in the public sector. Supported Government customers include the US Senate, the White House Communications Agency (WHCA), the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the US Army, the US Navy, the US Air Force, the National Institute of Health (NIH), and the General Services Administration (GSA). These experiences have enabled VDNSystems to develop the credentials and reputation as a consistently reliable provider of high technology computer services. The Company has won over $200 million worth of contracts within the past four years.

In 1997, VDNSystems was awarded a $35 million competitive non-8(a) contract to support the OSD and Department of Defense (DoD). This significant achievement was made possible as a direct result of our outstanding success with the following customers:
